KiYK recognises the macro and microeconomic challenges preventing many young and old citizens from accessing education and seeks to provide the K.E.Y that can alleviate these challenges while bridging the unemployment gap on the African continent. We are proud to align with the country’s National Development Goals, as we see the importance of developing Specialization and incubation among qualified technicians and artisans.

The Academy specialises in Motor and diesel Artisan Training and offers Short Skills development programs. Our vision is not just to expand, but to leap into the future with Electrical Vehicle technologies, providing a wide range of opportunities for personal growth and empowerment. We are accredited with the Quality Council for Trades & Occupations [QCTO], and MerSETA, and our courses are open to all, with a special focus on empowering Youth from previously disadvantaged communities.

Our Academy develops skills and incubation specialization models to nurture Motor Industry After Sales specialist practitioners. They undergo entrepreneurship training and are expected to set up their businesses, creating employment opportunities and contributing to economic growth.

At Knowledge Is Key, we believe in the power of collaboration. We offer various programs and services, including SMME Coaching and Mentorship, Incubator After-Sales Enterprise, STEM tutoring, and Engineering Consultancy, all provided in collaboration with our industry partners for mutual success.
